Instructions & Forms for Allergy Testing
Allergy testing is typically completed in 1 or 2 appointments:
During your first appointment, patients receive an allergy skin testing for indoor, outdoor, and airborne allergens.
The second segment of the allergy testing may or may not be done on the first appointment. This segment includes an intradermal skin test. This testing is done by injecting, with a very small and fine needle, a small amount of allergen just underneath the surface of your skin.
Please carefully read the instructions in the Allergy Packet I, II and III and print out and fill out the information on Allergy Packet II prior to your allergy testing appointment.
